An outbreak of dengue and chikungunya has also come to the fore in the Corona crisis in Delhi. Till May 22 of 2021, 25 cases of dengue have been  reported in Delhi. This figure is the highest since January 2013 between January and May.

During this time 8 cases of malaria and four chikungunya have also been reported. Veterinary disease cases often occur in Delhi between the months of  July and the number. The time may extend till mid-December. According to the news agency, the report released by South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) said As of May 22, 25 cases of dengue have been reported. 

In 2013, seven cases of dengue were reported between January 1 and May 26. 3 cases were registered in 2014, 9 in 2015, 8 in 2016, 19 in 2017 and 15 cases in 2018. The report also said that till May 22 this year, there have been eight cases of malaria and four cases of chikungunya in Delhi .
